Human resource management is being taught in few of the University in Bangladesh, may be one or two. Though in BBA( Bachelor of Business Administration )program almost all of the University in Bangladesh has been included this subject but as a major subject without few none of the University is keen about this subject. But those who will studying in this subject they have great potentiality in the job arena. So choice to study in HRM is a perfect decision for any one. So why is it perfect for any I will try to find out some points in this regard.
Job crisis in the world is a burning issue. Every year around the globe young are enter in the job field is more than the job is being created. So for that reason job crisis is occurring and which creating problem in the economy of the country , frustrated the young generation who are opting for the job.In this regard HRM will be the best one subject for them.
